Ocean Works Asia Inc. (OWA), as one of the best diving contractor in Japan. Hereby announces that we would make our utmost and every effort to establish and maintain the health, safety work environment and circumstances, diving related disease shall have the paramount priority over any activities. HSE related responsibilities and its activities are being entrusted by the Company President all management staffs till it reaches down to all the employees at worksites. OWA affirms that Company's positive publicity and financial benefit shall consequently follows our endeavor toward the HSE objectives set out in out in our HSE manual.

OWA ensures that operations conducted by OWA shall strictly conform to the legal act, the company as well local regulations set out in each worksite and or client. The conformance shall be continuously kept in effect and will be even improved when and where deemed necessary. Furthermore, OWA provides necessary training and knowledge to our employees to ensure that each and every operation will be conducted in accordance with good HSE manner. Periodical medical check up will also be conducted by the company's medical doctor to each employee so as to ensure that employees are in good health condition.

All employees and subcontractors under OWA's contract shall always bear this policy in mind and shall at all time fulfill their duties and responsibilities as a member of operational team.

This policy has been made effective by board of directors and thus any alteration and adjustment require shall be also made by the same.
